  • For Patrons, Donors, and Mailing List Subscribers, we may collect:

  • For Band Members, we collect the information above, as well as:
  • Emergency Contact Information

Please note: When you make a purchase or donation, your transaction is processed through a secure, third-party payment processor. We utilize a PCI-compliant payment processor to ensure your financial data is protected, and we do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

  • To Process Transactions: To process your ticket purchases, donations, and membership dues.
  • To Communicate with You: To send you transaction confirmations, receipts, event reminders, and information about your participation. For band members, this includes essential communications regarding rehearsals, performances, and internal band activities.
  • For Marketing and Engagement: To keep you informed about our upcoming concerts, special events, and fundraising campaigns through our newsletter and other communications. We may also use your information to better understand our audience and improve our programming and outreach.

  • Band Member Directory: For operational purposes, a directory containing the name, phone number, and email address of all active band members is made available to other active members on a password-protected page of our website.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

5. Data Security and Retention We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

  • System Security: Your data is stored in our secure CRM database (Neon One), hosted by Neon One, which is password-protected. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorized Board Members and designated staff who have a legitimate need to access it to perform their duties. 
  • Access Control: Our Google Workspace and QuickBooks accounts are password-protected and accessible only by authorized personnel.
  • Data Retention: We will retain your information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
